02 Questions people ask
Is there a free OSFI E-23 model inventory template?
Yes. MINERVA's E-23 model inventory template is a free CSV with a column for each field the guideline asks an inventory to hold, a help line under each and two example rows. No sign-up is needed.
What should an AI agent policy contain?
Who answers for the agent (owner, developer, approver, kill-switch holder), what it may do with deny by default, which high-risk calls wait for a named person, limits, monitoring and escalation, how it is suspended, the records kept and the sign-off, with the developer never the approver.
What due diligence should a bank do on an AI vendor?
Under OSFI B-10: assess risk and criticality, do proportionate due diligence before contracting and after material change such as a new model, name fourth parties, put data use, notice of model changes and audit rights in the agreement, monitor the supplier's model, manage incidents and plan the exit.
Can I use these templates in my own institution?
